'We Can't Have Tears'

Yes, I know I said I wasn't going to do art that wasn't owed, but DAMN IT, I spent most of my day working on owed Christmas gifts, and hell, contest entries from way back when. So leave me alone.

Anyways, this is an RP I did with my dear dear awesome friend , in which Kirby is attempting to climb a tree to get the apple, but keeps failing, and falling. XD His near final attempt, he is only inches from the apple when the branch breaks, and he hits the ground hard. He cries out of frustration and pain, and his mentor gently reminds him, "we can't have tears, Star Warrior. You must work through pain, use it to fuel yourself to go further.."

We stopped before he got the apple, but I'm sure he'll get it.

I was really upset when I took a picture of this, because I realize how much my traditional art sucks without my scanner. Then, I found "image adjustments" and my life was complete. UFUUU, it has everything my scanner does! it's like I have my scanner back, and it has way more. But of course, it's photoshop!! Still, I miss my scanner; it isn't always easy taking a picture of a picture... Damn this stupid laptop that doesn't pick up USB signals!!!

I spent a reasonable hour and a half on this, and I think it came out well. I even gave it my own artist signature and date.
